Monday 22 May 2023 Episode 1
How It Began
Lazarus, who we know as Chuma Sokhulu, is getting ready for a heist when we meet him. Mbuso turns 21 in another part of Eswathini. He is the only son of the famous chief Ngwenya, for whom Chuma works. Chief Ngwenya has a lot of women, but it’s clear that he loves Ayanda the most. His first wife, Nomncebo, who is Mbuso’s mother, is ignored.
Tuesday 23 May 2023 Episode 2
The Last Chance
Chuma begs Mbuso not to tell his father what he’s seen, but Mbuso is set on telling him. Mbuso tells his mother that Chuma needs to leave or he will talk to her. When Chuma tells Bandze that he wants to steal the diamonds from the heist, he surprises him. Bandze takes the diamonds while Chuma eats with the chief.
Wednesday 24 May 2023 Episode 3
Red Handed
Bandze is tortured by the boss, who asks him who he is working with. The next day, Mbuso tells Chuma to forget about the deal and get out of town right away. As soon as the chief walks in, Mbuso tells him that Chuma is the rogue. The leader is angry. Nomncebo comes to Chuma’s aid.

Playing “Hide and Seek”
Chuma, Nomncebo, and Bandze drive towards the border and get to Bandze’s grandmother’s house. The Chief goes to a sangoma for advice. Once in South Africa, Chuma leaves Nomncebo and Bandze in a run-down lodge and goes to Eshlahleni. He promises to come back for them when he gets a lot of money, but he hasn’t been back in a year.

Knock, Knock
Mbuso gives his mother a bag of money and tells Bandze to take care of her. Chief Ngwenya is very angry when he finds out that his money has been stolen. Nomncebo chooses to go after Chuma. Chuma finds his way back to Eshlahleni, but he is heartbroken to find that The Black Door has been torn down and that his money bag has been stolen.
Monday 29 May 2023 Episode 6
He is Risen! He is Not Dead
Chuma strikes his brother, Khaya, because he can’t believe that Khaya has been living with Nolitha the whole time. The family can’t believe that Chuma is still alive. Khaya talks to Chuma about how he left his family and turned him into a prostitute. Nkanyiso tries to cheer up Rebs at the Mabuza house.

Taking Back My Life
The Sokhulu uncles come up with the idea of an umsebenzi to welcome Chuma back, but since Chuma has no money, Khaya is angry that he has to pay for it. Khaya gives a job to Chuma. Nolitha is surprised to find Chuma waiting for her in her bed. On the mountain, Pheko talks to Velaphi in a nice way. Rebs tells Nkanyiso that she wants to be baptised. Nkanyiso doesn’t understand why.

Power, a New Start, and Getting Even
Khaya goes up to Nolitha and says that she gave in to Chuma. Chuma makes a scene at the river, where people are shocked to see a dead man walking around. Rebs wants him to give her money. Thenji gets ready for Velaphi’s introduction with great excitement. Bandze and Nomncebo are still on the road.
